Hello Lemon Lovers
Welcome to my little slice of lemon heaven, where we will explore different practices intended to make the bitter sweet, or at least help us accept that sometimes parts of life can be bitter. Here you will find guided meditations, varying exercises for reflection, and breathwork or movement practices that are geared towards turning down the noise of the external world and connecting with the internal experience in an observant, compassionate way.
